Meet your Help Desk! Steven has just entered his fourth month as a Help Desk Technician, and wow is he doing amazing. Steven is from Essexville, and graduated from Bay City Academy. After High School, following his love of all things Technology, Steven pursued a degree in Cyber Defense. Outside of being a rockstar Help Desk Tech, Steven enjoys playing video games, and hanging out with his family and friends. We are lucky to have such a great team player in the group. As a Help Desk Tech, Steven is the first line of defense when a call comes in and therefore, the absolute most important role at Turner Technical Services. Meet your Technician! Tyler is entering his second month as a Help Desk Technician with the team, and it feels like he’s been there since day one. Tyler comes in each morning with a smile on his face, ready to tackle whatever comes his way. Tyler graduated from Ferris State with a Bachelor’s in Marketing, and has always had a knack for anything technical. In his spare time, Tyler is a social butterfly, always with friends or family. Meet your Technician! We have been trying get this picture of Megan for some time, but she’s requested by our clients so much that it’s hard to keep up with her! Megan has been with our team for just over six months now, and from day one we have been blown away by not only her abilities, but by her character. Megan gives 1000% every single day and we are so blessed to have her. Megan studied Computer Science at SVSU, and is now a proud member of the Bay City Bay Area Energize YPN.
