    Implementing Branding at Every Touchpoint 🪄🪄 What does high-level brand design look like for an early-stage startup? For Seen Hiring, it meant not only updating the visual identity to match the new direction but also *building* the platform using the same core value. Through competitive analysis, customer interviews, and industry expertise, we created a brand position for Seen that boiled the various challenges of hiring in hospitality down to one core problem: simplicity. Heck, even the positioning is simple! We used this hyper-focus on simplicity as our north star. From the initial platform features to the UX/UI, to how the platform was ultimately built, whenever a question arose of "How do we do X, Y, or Z?" we looked towards our north star. You can see this focus on simplicity throughout Seen: - A simple pricing structure - Clear, concise language - Automation whenever possible - Light friction when needed - A bright and airy visual identity As an early-stage SaaS product, thinking about these brand design elements early is imperative to truly stand out in a crowded market. -- So if you are interested in how we help businesses stand out?     Today we're talking about maintaining your visual identity over time. Because the truth is your visual identity is going to grow and evolve not only as your business grows, but as trends and best practices shift and grow too. The goal when we're designing a logo or choosing colors isn't to make something that will be right until the end of time. It's to reflect your business as it stands today and build a foundation that can support growth over time. Similarly to your website, your services, your platform, etc, your visual identity needs to be maintained. This is especially true with early stage or scaling businesses -- because things are rapidly evolving. This doesn't mean you need a rebrand every 5 years, but it does mean you will probably need to make tweaks or a refresh in order to stay up to date with technology and customer expectations. This is why we say your visual identity is *part* of your brand but does not *equal* your brand. Because while your visual identity will be evolving and changing, your core brand -- the reason you exist, for who, and how you make them feel -- will act as an anchor in the seas of change. Is that cheesy? Maybe but it's also a good visual so we'll keep it ⚓ ⛵
