Today, we celebrated student-led discovery and innovation at the #UBSDM's Student Research Day! This year's event featured an illuminating keynote address on AI and clinical care in dentistry given by Dr. William Giannobile, dean of the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and dozens of excellent poster presentations from our students and residents. Congratulations to all the award winners and the many people who made this event possible!
We rolled out the red carpet for this year's Give Kids a Smile day! Over 100 children got the VIP dental experience from the #UBSDM and Erie Community College dental hygiene students, filled with free dental care and fun lessons about oral health.
