He has a bachelor's degree in political science and international relations and currently has his master's degree in view. As a regional sales manager, Djibril thrives on identifying problems and developing innovative solutions. His passion for research fuels his drive to come up with ideas that align with his purpose: solving challenges. He believes that problem solving is his calling, and he is committed to making a difference in the agricultural landscape. Outside of work, Djibril enjoys video games, visual design, and staying informed on global and local politics. Inspired by his father's mantra, "Whenever it’s hard, just believe this is the right way," Djibril is driven to create solutions that bring meaningful change in Senegal and beyond. Being selected as 1 of just 24 companies from over 3,000 applicants was both humbling and energizing.
