The Healthy Diet and Lifestyle Study at the University of Hawaiʻi Cancer Center has reached an important milestone—more than 160 participants enrolled! We're halfway to our recruitment goal but need more adults, particularly men aged 35-69, to join. This study explores how diet and physical activity changes can reduce abdominal fat and lower cancer risk. Participants will receive 24 weeks of dietary counseling and detailed body measurements to track changes.
