The employee experience at UHS includes the highly popular and interactive Executive Speaker Series during which Corporate Office employees have the opportunity to network with and gain insights from various accomplished UHS Leaders. Last week, our featured speaker was Roselle Charlier, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for UHS. Roselle shared her personal background, career journey, the evolution of Marketing, advice for the next generation among us, and perspective on successful leadership. “I believe three core elements of effective leaders are: (1) domain expertise including knowledge and skills; (2) the proven ability to drive results; and (3) strong interpersonal skills that enable the leader to inspire, influence, and bring out the best in team members.
