Adding Your Newborn to Insurance? Here's How! Call your insurance provider to ask about deadlines (usually 30-60 days). Gather needed info: baby’s name, birth date, birth certificate, and Social Security Number (if available). Complete the enrollment form (through your provider or employer). Today, we had the honor of hosting the Rotary Club meeting at our hospital in Roosevelt. Dr. Wells, one of our incredible family practice providers, shared his inspiring experiences from humanitarian trips, highlighting the impact of kindness and service. The club enjoyed lunch and Dr. Wells' presentation about why he does what he does. We’re thrilled to see the Rotary Club commit to supporting these meaningful efforts. Grateful for opportunities like this to connect with our community and extend that connection globally.
