📢  Funding Opportunity Alert! The York and North Yorkshire Mayoral Infrastructure Fund is accepting applications to the Carbon Negative Challenge Fund (https://lnkd.in/eT5TgR_j). This fund supports projects aimed at reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainability across the Y&NY region. Four challenge areas are highlighted: 🌍 Scaling Up Sustainable & Regenerative Agriculture; 🌍 Retrofit Finance and innovative approaches to placed-based heat decarbonisation; 🌍 Community Energy and Circular Economy Demonstrators; 🌍 Innovative approaches to increase carbon sequestration in marine and coastal areas. Maximum total project cost: £312.5k or £2.5m depending on the funding stream. Deadline: 4th April or 21st March depending on the funding stream The call is also open to applications from other areas in-line with the Route Map to Carbon Negative (https://lnkd.in/erb9DihK)
