The UK market, investments, and innovations for Ukrainian companies -Ukrainian Startup Fund has become our partner 🤝 The Ukrainian Startup Fund is a government institution that helps innovative projects and tech startups raise early-stage funding and launch their own projects. The Fund will coordinate joint projects of the USF and cooperate with British partners to create joint initiatives and programs that will promote innovation in both countries. We kick off our partnership with a joint project with Innovate UK, the UK’s innovation agency, which will find bespoke solutions from multi-sector networks in both countries to respond to pressing technical challenges. This will run from Autumn 2024 to Winter 2025. 💪🏻 UK-Ukraine TechBridge participants will have even more opportunities to enter the UK market. As part of the cooperation, startups will be able to join educational and mentoring programs, conduct joint seminars, and more. The partnership is another step towards the exchange of knowledge and experience between Ukraine and the United Kingdom and attracting investments in the development of the Ukrainian technology sector. 🇺🇦🇬🇧 We continue to work so that Ukrainian companies get the maximum opportunities for development and scaling.

The team is back from a busy couple of days at IT Arena in Lviv where we met with a range of businesses including Sigma Software Group and N-iX.   It was great to hear from so many Ukrainian businesses interested in entering the UK market or expanding further in the UK.   British Embassy Kyiv Country Director Francesca Scott also spoke on a panel which discussed ‘How Ukraine can become a start-up Mecca’ alongside Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Alex Bornyakov and Hanna Shuvalova, Principal at Horizon Capital and Stanislav Lurie, Head of Ukrainian Office of Osavul.   The panel provided the opportunity to promote TechBridge and highlight the remarkable resilience of Ukraine’s tech sector.

💪🏻 Entering the UK market, forging new partnerships, and securing new investors – UK-Ukraine TechBridge Investment Accelerator participants share their feedback on the program. View the images for more details The primary goal of the accelerator is to support promising Ukrainian startups in entering the UK market and securing investment. To this end, participants had the opportunity to network with potential partners and showcase their innovations during Demo day at London Tech Week in June. We are delighted that the UK-Ukraine TechBridge Accelerator has empowered Ukrainian startups to lay the groundwork for successful entry into the UK market and secure investment.
