About us
The UK Caravan & Camping Alliance (UKCCA) is an umbrella group from the holiday park and campsite sector comprising the National Caravan Council (NCC), Caravan and Motorhome Club (CAMC), the Camping and Caravanning Club (CCC) and the British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA). The UKCCA first published the 'Pitching the Value' report in 2019, a ground breaking economic benefit report on the UK holiday park and campsite sector, demonstrating its value to the nation's economy. The report was carried out by Frontline Consultants on behalf of the UK Caravan & Camping Alliance. The Alliance has jointly agreed to commission and fund a reassessment of the economic impact and benefits of holidays taken in all forms of accommodation on holiday parks and campsites in the UK. The results will be published in early 2024.

A new ‘Pitching the Value’ report was released today by the UK Caravan and Camping Alliance (UKCCA) highlighting the economic value and impact of the UK holiday parks and campsites sector and its important contribution to UK domestic tourism. Headline statistics from the new report record that the sector generates £12.2bn in visitor expenditure and supports 226,745 full time jobs across the UK.
