Yesterday was a day that will be long remembered, as The Walt Disney Company and Lucasfilm launched the 'Imperial March' takeover at the Empire State Building in NYC. Unfold was fortunate enough to partner creatively in the conceptualization, branding, artistic direction, and design production of the experience at ESB, the VIP event at Virgin Hotels NYC, and the digital and social content that teased the takeover in the weeks leading up to the event. Saying this was a dream come true is no exaggeration. After a scripting exercise, we landed on an animation technique that brings the story behind the special embossing process, visual depth, and holographic effects of the cards to vivid life.
