From the moment I met Austin, Connor, Sam, and Solomon, their product vision and unwavering commitment to quality across engineering, design, and culture made the decision an easy one. With such a strong founding team, I had no doubt we’d attract the top talent, and seeing how our team has grown since then is proof of that. What's your proudest design contribution? This is a tough one, but I have to say Plays. It was quite a challenging project - Sam, Solomon and I spent countless hours exploring every use case and possible form Plays could take, all while striving to keep the experience simple. There’s still more we want to do, but I’m so proud of how we executed such a monumental project as a team. Plays also marked a pivotal shift for Unify, moving away from a static, linear view of the world to something far more dynamic and creatively empowering. What excites you most about Unify's future? Our growth has been incredible, but I’m especially excited to see how our brand evolves. This past year has been full of learning—about our customers, the space, and ourselves.     A company hiring for a roles that relate to your product is a great sign of intent. Here's how to outbound to them: 1. Search LinkedIn for job postings most relevant to your product (we build a tool for go-to-market teams, so SDR and other revenue roles are most relevant to us) 2. Pull a CSV and filter it down as needed 3. Upload it to Unify and target the decision-makers that are running these hiring processes 4. Write Sequence copy that points out their job post and shows value for their growing team to increase relevancy 5.     Here's how to outbound to a list of companies that look like your customers: 1. Use the simple prompt in the video with ChatGPT to pull a list of companies similar to your top customers. 2. Upload the CSV to Unify to build an Audience. 3. Use the drag-and-drop Play builder to choose how many people to prospect for, their personas, and other filters to focus only on best-fit accounts. 4.
