Clayton Lawrence has joined Unio as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Unio, Clayton spent 9 years with Sound Physicians, one of the nation’s leading hospital-based, multi-specialty provider groups. Most recently he served as Regional President of Operations, a role which spanned 12 states and supported more than 1,200 clinicians. During his tenure with the medical group, Clayton was integral in the development and execution of Value-Based Care contracting and service initiatives, along with ensuring a high level of operational effectiveness and leading financial outcomes.
