Reflecting on an incredible 2024, I’m filled with gratitude for the amazing journey I’ve had as a mortgage broker. Starting my career in July 2022 as a loan officer assistant, I could never have imagined the progress I’d make in such a short time. 🚀 In 2024, I had the privilege of helping 87 families with their mortgage needs and closing a total loan volume of $22,175,246. January was a standout month, where I closed $4,355,275, marking the highest loan volume I’ve ever achieved in a single month. But the biggest milestone came in September, when I broke not only my personal record from January, but also set a new company record by closing $4,642,223 in loan volume and 15 units. This achievement earned me the Closing Powerhouse Award for 2024, recognizing the loan officer with the most loan volume and units in one month. 🏆 What makes this even more special is that I surpassed my goal for the year, which was to close $20,000,000 in loan volume. And on top of that, I was proud to contribute to my team, The Standard, winning the Team of the Year award for 2024! 🎉 Looking ahead, my goal for 2025 is to continue this momentum by doubling my business—helping 160 families with their mortgage needs and closing $40,000,000 in total loan volume. This time, I’m aiming for the Top Producer of 2025 award. 🥇 I am deeply grateful to United Mortgage Lending for their ongoing support, resources, and belief in me, which have been key to my growth and success. Here's to making 2025 even more successful! 🌟
