Universal Language Service, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Recruiter/Onboarding Coordinator to join our remote team! In this role, you’ll take the lead on onboarding new interpreters while also contributing to our recruitment efforts. You’ll guide interpreters through the onboarding process, ensuring they’re trained, compliant, and ready for assignments. Plus, you’ll play a key role in sourcing and screening candidates to grow our talented team. What You’ll Do: ✨ Facilitate the full onboarding process: verify documents, ensure compliance, and provide training. ✨ Support new hires every step of the way, making their transition seamless. ✨ Proactively recruit interpreters through job boards, social media, and industry networks. ✨ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure interpreters are set up for success. What We’re Looking For: ✔ 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or onboarding. ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage onboarding pipelines. ✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. ✔ A detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional familiar with ATS and HR tools. ✔ Experience in language services or a related field is a plus!
