We help customer obsessed teams better understand their users.

2024 was mostly spent trying to run faster and trying to make Unwrap.ai go faster. So it felt fitting to combine the two to celebrate our Series A. No groundbreaking realizations to share other than 'R's and 'N's are tough letters to make and Santa Barbara weather > New York weather.

BIG DAY and BIG NEWS for Unwrap.ai! We’re beyond excited to announce our $12M Series A. This round was led by Scale Venture Partners with participation from Atlassian Ventures, David Singleton (former CTO of Stripe), Johnny Ho (co-founder of Perplexity), Karen Ng (SVP at Hubspot), Tyler Schleich (SVP at Ōura), and others. Rory O'Driscoll (Box.com, Docusign, Bill.com) will be joining our board. We’re also thrilled to deepen our partnership with previous investors Cercano, ScOp Venture Capital, and AI2 Incubator. Of all the emotions we’re feeling today, gratitude sits at the top of the pile. We’re so thankful to our investors, partners, board members, and customers for their continued support, trust, and feedback. We have the unique privilege of working with some of the most customer-centric teams at companies like Microsoft, Perplexity, Lyft, Ōura, Zipcar, and Github. With this raise we can continue to help these companies (and more!!) solve their most critical question, “what do our customers want?” If you’re hoping to better understand your customers, reach out to us for a demo and join us on our mission to fill the world with products people love. We’re just getting started! 🚀🚀🚀

  • Imagine this: You’re sitting in front of your computer, about to dive head first into a digital sea of unstructured data. Thousands and thousands of customer feedback records are waiting for you to sort them and find actionable trends—not to mention, the rest of the business. (All of you for whom this is a weekly occurrence, we see you 👀 )  Which “super” tool would you grab first to make sense of it all? 🔍 Trend tracker (finds patterns faster than you can say “insight”) 🤖 Digital assistant (you ask it a question and voilà there’s your answer) 🧩 One-click connector (connects all the workstream dots for you) ❗Real-time alerter (gives you the TL;DR automatically) 🗳️ We know what we'd vote for. Let's hear your pick below! 🗳️

    Technical Product Manager at Unwrap.ai

I'm excited to share that I've joined Unwrap.ai as a Technical Product Manager! After more than 7 years at Amazon, I'm excited to start a new chapter alongside my previous Graphiq/Amazon Alexa colleagues, including Ashwin Singhania, Ryan Millner, and Jackson Hoagland. Many thanks to my mentors at Amazon who have supported me throughout my career. From joining as a Knowledge Engineer, managing a KE team, and then transitioning back as an IC to delve into LLM development and ontology building, I am so thankful for the various opportunities I had throughout my Amazon tenure. I will also surely miss my colleagues and teammates from my most recent team, Amazon Product Knowledge within ASCS!

  • "We didn't have a process by which we could sit down and say, ‘Okay, what are the overarching theme(s) that we're seeing across feedback and support tickets that we’re receiving?’," says Kensley Wigginton, product operations director at Firstup. "The other thing that we consistently ran into is the ‘shiny object syndrome.’ Whatever the perceived big deal was at that moment, that was the item that was getting prioritized—even though it might not necessarily drive the strongest results." Spoiler alert: They conquered the shiny object syndrome 🪩 Read how: https://lnkd.in/e_57diSd
