Throughout my 10+ years of doing inclusivity work, a phrase resurfaces in my head over and over: A rising tide lifts all boats. That's the incredible thing about inclusivity. Inclusivity is the thing - perhaps more than anything else - that positively impacts just about everything. ✅ More engaged employees. ✅ Better recruitment and retention for a strong leadership pipeline. ✅ More diverse teams. ✅ More equitable processes. ✅ Better business results.
