For our Upshifter of the Week, it means she’s able to spend her free time giving back to the community – Christina volunteers at a neighborhood farm that donates food to people in need.   • Are you the kind of person who always shows up early? Our Upshifter of the Week is! Sharon does her best to arrive early for every single shift. As she puts it, “It’s really important to have the right mindset when you arrive, and the risk of being late doesn’t help with that.” Since joining Upshift in 2019, she’s racked up more than 1,100 hours and earned a 5-star rating. Although she’s enjoyed every shift, her favorite places to work are the ones with a great onsite team. When she’s not picking up hospitality shifts, you can usually find Sharon on the golf course – she tries to play every day if she can!
