The Annual Clean Energy Education and Empowerment (C3E) Awards recognize mid-career women who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and accomplishments in the clean energy sector. Mid-career is generally defined as an individual with expertise beyond entry level but with significant opportunities to grow before the end of one’s career, typically with 10-15 years of professional experience and no more than 20 years of experience. Each winner receives a monetary award and national recognition. Winners of the 14th Annual C3E Awards will be announced at the C3E Women in Clean Energy Symposium in the fall of 2025.

Last week Carlos Gamarra, PhD, PE from the Southcentral Onsite Energy TAP had the pleasure of attending the 2024 National Summit on Combined Heat and Power (Combined Heat and Power Alliance) facilitating an engaging session on "In Hy Demand: Hydrogen as a Decarbonization Strategy for CHP." The session explored the potential of hydrogen as an alternative fuel for combined heat and power (CHP), offering valuable insights into how it can help decarbonize the industrial sector. 🏭⚡ Great conversations and ideas were shared on the future of clean energy and sustainable solutions.
