Thanks to the Pittsburg Morning Sun for helping us spread the word about our new Pittsburg, KS location. Dr. Towery’s primary practice is in Joplin and he wanted to open a location in Pittsburg, KS to better serve the high volume of patients commuting to Joplin for care. By offering a location in Pittsburg, patients can be treated more promptly, catching skin cancer at earlier stages or treating chronic conditions such as eczema and psoriasis more easily. Crepey skin is an inevitable part of aging for many of us. The textural change, which causes a crinkled, thin, and dry appearance to the skin, is a result of loss of collagen and elasticity. U.S. Dermatology Partners is pleased to welcome Danielle Berg, MSN, APRN-C to their St. Joseph, Missouri office. Danielle Berg completed her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University St. Louis. She then transitioned into dermatology after working in an asthma and allergy clinic and treating patients with eczema. Danielle received intensive training in dermatology before making the transition several years ago. She provides medical dermatology services to all ages and has a heart for pediatric dermatology due to her NICU background. Danielle is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. U.S. Dermatology Partners is pleased to announce the relocation of its St. Joseph, Missouri office location. Board-certified dermatologist Megan Lent, MD, will lead the St. Joseph, Missouri location. Dr. Lent specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology and has a clinical interest in adult and pediatric dermatology. The new St. Joseph office will now offer Mohs Surgery for skin cancer removal with the addition of Board-Certified Dermatologist and Fellowship-Trained Mohs surgeon James Griffith, MD. Dr. Griffith specializes in skin cancer treatment and diagnosis, Mohs micrographic surgery, procedural dermatology, and advanced facial reconstruction. Board-certified Nurse Practitioner Danielle Berg will join the St. Joseph office four days a week. The St. Joseph location will offer comprehensive care for a wide range of dermatologic conditions for patients of all ages, including acne, psoriasis, eczema, and skin cancer.
