What made me think of UserXperts? At a prior role I helped set up a rolling research program, to provide usability studies every two weeks. This had the dual effect of both being woefully short of the quantity of research required for product and design teams, while also being a major sore spot for the researchers that were required to set aside two weeks a quarter to work on these projects.
