As a proud partner of Wells Fargo, we are excited to share its latest report highlighting women entrepreneurs. ⤵️ The 2024 Wells Fargo Impact of Women-Owned Businesses report revealed that women own 14 million businesses (representing 39.1% of all businesses), employ 12.2 million workers, and generate $2.7 trillion in revenue! These businesses experienced dramatic growth from 2019-2023, yet women-owned businesses could make a greater impact if the gaps between women and men were closed. The report brings new awareness to the historical differences in wealth, business experience, size of networks, industry specialization, and capital access—particularly among women of color—that impact women's ability to start and grow businesses. The report explores the kinds of support that make a difference, such as the enhanced networks and support organizations like the USHCC provides, to bridge the gaps that exist to further expand the impact these businesses have on the economy. 📌 READ THE REPORT: https://bit.ly/3CudzDN

Happy Veterans Day to all the brave men and women who served our country, including the 1.5 million Hispanics who make up 8% of U.S. veterans! 🇺🇸 At our 45th Annual USHCC National Conference, we proudly honored Richard Fierro, owner of Atrevida Beer Co., as our 2024 Hispanic Veteran-Owned Business of the Year. In 2022, Richard showed extraordinary courage during a tragic attack at Club Q, an LGBTQ nightclub in Colorado Springs, acting quickly to protect others and prevent further harm. His bravery highlights the strength and resilience that define our veterans. 📸: Though Richard could not attend #USHCC45 in person, we were privileged to have business owner and NJ State Veterans Chamber of Commerce president Francisco Cortes celebrate his impact and the unique strengths veterans bring to the business community. To all who have served, thank you for your resilience and dedication!
