Announcement: Alexander Mann Appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Virginia Blockchain Council The Virginia Blockchain Council (VBC) is excited to announce the appointment of Alexander Mann as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). As the owner of SmartGrow Agritech and an active participant in public policy and education initiatives with the BSV Blockchain Association, Alexander brings a unique combination of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and blockchain innovation to this pivotal role. His work with the BSV Blockchain Association aligns with the VBC’s mission of advocating for blockchain technology's responsible growth and adoption in Virginia. This crossover ensures that Alexander’s appointment will bring a fresh perspective, drawing from his experience in public policy, education, and blockchain industry leadership. In his new role, Alexander will oversee the Council's operations, manage key initiatives, and spearhead efforts to expand blockchain advocacy throughout Virginia. His proven track record of innovation and his commitment to building sustainable blockchain solutions position him as the ideal leader to advance the VBC’s mission.
