#Attorney hourly rates continue to increase. In 2025, we will see particularly high increases in Partner and Associate rates, but rates are also climbing for Support Staff due to an increase in their demand with the implementation of new #technology in many practices. We’re also seeing technology-oriented support positions on the rise. We’re curious how emerging tech has impacted your legal team. Let us know in the comments.

As we enter a new year, expect rate increases to continue climbing. As reported in Bloomberg Law, Valeo Partners expects several AMLAW 50 firms to have top Partners billing more than $3,000 an hour.
