Over the years, we have provided a vast array of services to a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from start-ups to billion-dollar corporations, covering every type of industry. VMI is seeking a manager for our ESOP practice. The primary role of the manager is to manage valuation engagements for ESOP transactions and updates. The manager responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: 1. Learn about our client companies and run executive management interview 2. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling 3. Employ various valuation approaches/methods, including discounted cash flow analysis, guideline public company analysis, guideline transaction analysis, option-pricing valuation techniques, and various others 4. Write comprehensive valuation reports to support and document our opinion Requirements: Ø Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field Ø Valuation Experience: Minimum of five years of ESOP valuation experience required. Ø Professional Designations: Professional designations, or progress toward professional designations (e.g., ASA), is a plus. Ø Communication Skills: Must have strong verbal communication skills as well as excellent business writing skills. Ø Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in the use of technology and basic applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. Ø The ideal candidate has the following traits: o Self- motivated and can work independently with little supervision o Ability to think creatively & display intellectual curiosity o Strong problem-solving and research capabilities o Ability and desire to succeed in both an individual and a team environment o Detail-oriented and organized o Ability to manage multiple engagements, tasks, and responsibilities o Ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule dependent on project deadlines
