  • At our recent holiday party, Caraline Malloy, Research Associate, shared a beautiful reflection on her time interning at Vantage. While some offered speeches during our luncheon, Caraline went above and beyond (a common occurrence), and wrote a sonnet that truly captures the spirit of our team: I came with hunger, eager to explore, The world of leadership, its heart and soul. At Vantage, I have learned so much—and more, From data, stories, and how we make them whole. The work we do is serious, it's true, With clients counting on the paths we chart. But here, I've learned that listening’s a clue To crafting insights that can truly start. And oh, the magic when the data sings— It’s not just numbers, but the truth they show. We bring to life the value that it brings, And help the leaders of tomorrow grow. So here's my thanks, for all that I've been taught— At Vantage, I've learned more than I had sought! Thank you, Caraline, for your creativity and valued insights.

  • Intern Spotlight: Mackenzie Moreno 💫  Mackenzie earned a bachelor's in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University. She is now pursuing a Ph.D., with her dissertation focusing on how technostress impacts well-being. What have you enjoyed working on so far? Being on a 360 and witnessing the intricate social tapestry that exists within teams has been fascinating. I also love the investigative side of projects. Going through a company’s Annual Report, figuring out what’s really going on in the business and presenting this to the firm is probably my favorite kind of work. What's one skill you've developed or improved during your time here? Assessment interviews have been super interesting. I’ve been able to practice taking a more active role in interviewing and probing, leaning into my instincts, and keying into patterns and discrepancies. What advice would you give to future interns or students considering this program? At a boutique firm like Vantage, you have the opportunity to be innovative. The partners and consultants genuinely care what you’re interested in and will throw projects your way along those lines. Figure out what you like quickly and share your ideas with them.
