I'm quickly approaching my first six months as CEO of MoxiWorks and I wanted to take a few moments to reflect. I joined the real estate space in the midst of monumental industry changes and a turbulent market. As a strong believer in seeking out challenges and making big bets, I couldn't be more thrilled with my decision to join this industry, and MoxiWorks in particular.   Connecting with our customers has been the best way to immerse myself in this industry and truly understand how we can bring you the most value to brokerages and their agents. The great thing about being new to a company and industry is that you get to unapologetically ask questions. As I’ve spent time with our customers and dug in, here are three observations I’ve made: 1. This industry is ready for change. Industry leaders are actively looking for ways to evolve. 2. With increased agent attrition, we can expect the agents that stay in the industry will be equipped to compete and deliver high value to their clients. 3. Resilience is a defining quality of this industry.   The real estate industry has been a much tougher industry to be in the last few years with unrelenting interest rates, historically low inventory, and high-profile lawsuits causing upheaval. It’s clear to me that our job is to soften the sting of market shifts by offering a solution that improves transaction volume, no matter the market.   The team at MoxiWorks is hyper-focused on making our products even more automated, user-friendly, and effective to help brokerages and their agents find greater productivity in tomorrow’s market, not just today’s. And I’m committed to continuing to ask questions.   It's been a busy, but exciting first six months and I look forward to the next six and beyond.
