𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: In a significant ruling, the Michigan Supreme Court has overturned the Court of Appeals in our client Mark Goss’s case. Goss was severely burned and left permanently disabled when a Michigan Department of Natural Resources employee on a utility vehicle ran a stop sign, colliding with Goss’s snowmobile and causing a fireball explosion. This is his second major victory challenging governmental immunity.
