    Employees benefit significantly from ICHRAs. We're concluding this 8-part series about why ICHRA is good for employees with our final point: ICHRAs help employers promote equity among employees. One of the standout benefits of ICHRA is its ability to grant employers the flexibility to offer diverse benefits to their employees, facilitated through classification groups, or classes. To ensure fairness in health plan access, ICHRA segregates employees into groups based on job-related criteria. These classifications become particularly relevant when employers provide both a traditional group health insurance plan and ICHRA. The classes are determined by job specifics such as hours worked or location. It's crucial to note that ICHRA does not classify individuals based on health needs like pre-existing conditions.
