Empowering Non-Native English speakers to ask for clarity with confidence| Recognised as Top 1000 speakers of the Country 🎙 | Host of Podcast ‘simplifying_life_with_kashira’| Award-Winning Keynote Speaker 🏆

In my recent episode of Simplifying Life With Kashira, Gaurav and I explored the reality of workplace politics and how they can shape us. Gaurav shared that office politics often come from a place of fear and scarcity, where people think there’s only so much success to go around. This mindset can turn into blame-shifting and competition, taking away from collaboration and trust. But he also reminded us that these challenges, while tough, can teach us resilience. His perspective? See every experience, even the tough ones, as a chance to learn. Shifting to an abundance mindset can help us find purpose and fulfillment, seeing others as teammates rather than competitors. Future of Networking/connectivity - made in India?   Yesterday I shared some glimpses of my 2 days last week at India Mobile Congress. I talked about reconnecting with industry colleagues and the palpable energy at the event and India's pivotal role in shaping key industry trends and driving global innovation.   One picture that I missed sharing was from my visit to the Center for Development of Telematics (C-Do T) booth. C-DOT was where I started my career back in 1993. While I was at C-DOT for only 2 years, these two years served as the best form of learning for a career in telecom that anyone can get.   So, it was great to visit the C-DOT booth and check out some of the exciting innovation and "made in India" tech that C-DOT continues to drive.   The early days at C-DOT have shaped my career and my deep understanding of networking. Networking has gone through multiple evolutions from the early days, including the introduction of layers of complexity through each of these evolutions. With the era of "device to cloud" connectivity, it is time to simplify networking. I have been brainstorming ideas for the "future of networking" that make connectivity as simple as electricity.   If any C-DOT leadership happens to see this, I’d love to connect and exchange ideas. It would be amazing to revisit my roots and contribute where my journey first began. #IMC24

#IndiaMobileCongress #IMC24   Last week, I had the privilege of attending the India Mobile Congress. India continues to play a pivotal role in shaping key industry trends and driving global innovation. The event was a great opportunity to reconnect with industry colleagues, former teammates, and partners, while also exploring the latest trends and innovations. The energy was palpable, especially as I listened to startup pitches and discussions around India’s transition from being a back-office outsourcing hub to becoming a leader in product innovation. "Make in India" initiatives were front and center, highlighting the country’s shift toward a product-first culture. This momentum is exactly why we launched Venturis Group Inc.—to be part of this exciting transformation. Stay tuned for more updates, and enjoy a few glimpses from the event below! Tagging a few people that I really enjoyed meeting - met so many others, sorry if I missed some of you.   Anand Venkatachalam Vinay Jain Sandeep Bejwal Amit Shivhare Aayush Bhatnagar Kaitki Agarwal Anil Kumar Goel Vipin Sharma Muralidhar Somisetty Junius D'silva Aman Gupta Jacqueline Chan Neeraj Gupta Harshil Majithia Saurav Jha Pamela Kumar Kundan Das Jitendra Shrivastav

Hello LinkedIn Community! For over 15 years of my corporate career as a product leader at Fortune 100 company, the Mobile World Congress series of events had been a cornerstone in shaping product launches, marketing strategies, customer meetings etc.. Beyond the business side of things, I always valued these events for the opportunity to connect with like-minded thinkers—customers, vendors, partners, and new connections. Despite my long-standing participation in these global events, I’ve never had the chance to attend the India Mobile Congress. Given India’s pivotal role in driving key industry trends and spearheading global innovation, this event has been growing in relevance each year. So, when the opportunity arose to attend this week, I was eager to seize it. I’ll be attending the India Mobile Congress on October 15th and 16th. If you’re planning to be there and would like to meet up, feel free to drop me a message. I’m looking forward to connecting with some of you and exchanging ideas at this exciting event! #IMC2024

Yesterday, I shared a blog (link in comments) on Rafael Nadal's retirement and the "Lessons from Rafael Nadal's Career for the Business World." In keeping with my "confidently humble" avatar, I must admit that this blog post is one of my best yet. I welcome you to read it and share your feedback! However, as much as I covered the intense rivalry between Nadal and Roger Federer, I made a glaring omission: I didn't mention Rafa’s other great rival—Novak Djokovic. (Clearly, my bias as a fan overshadowed my journalistic objectivity!) Interestingly, Novak shared a tribute on Instagram yesterday that beautifully captured the essence of Rafa’s influence on tennis and those around him. His words—“tenacity, dedication, fighting spirit…”—were heartfelt and authentic, qualities we’ve all come to admire in both of these champions. So, I’m addressing this oversight with today's post, recognizing Novak and his part in this golden era of tennis. His rivalry with Rafa has epitomized the concept of “gratitude and healthy competition,” a core principle that we often highlight at Venturis Group Inc. It's a perfect example of how competition, when approached positively, leads to collective growth and proves that in the long run, everyone can win. It’s never a zero-sum game. Check out Novak’s post on Instagram, and don’t forget to read the blog from yesterday! #RafaelNadal #NovakDjokovic #RogerFederer #Tennis #Business

Lessons from Rafael Nadal’s Career for the Business World Yesterday, we witnessed the end of an era as Rafael Nadal announced his retirement from professional tennis. Like many, I echo Roger Federer’s sentiment, “I always hoped this day would never come.” But as Rafa himself said, “In this life, everything has a beginning and an end.” At Venturis Group Inc, we often talk about how “Business is a team sport” and draw parallels from sports, particularly tennis, to the world of innovation and product development. Rafa’s retirement speech highlighted key themes that resonate deeply with us, especially his focus on teamwork, gratitude toward rivals, and the importance of the people behind the scenes. It’s a powerful reminder of how true greatness—whether in sports or business—comes from a collective effort. I’ve shared my reflections on how Rafa’s career offers invaluable lessons for business leaders, especially for those looking to build strong, collaborative teams. In the blog, I discuss: ➡ The power of team spirit, even in individual pursuits ➡ How gratitude and healthy competition lead to personal and collective growth ➡ The unseen teams that build champions and successful businesses alike Read the full blog (link in comments) to explore these insights and see how Nadal’s career exemplifies the principles we live by at Venturis: Focus, Adaptability, Mojo, and Engagement (FAME). As Roger said in his tribute, “You will always have an aura, Rafa.”
