These dedicated individuals support our free career transition workshops, which began in 2012 and went fully virtual in 2020, allowing us to reach veterans and spouses nationwide. Your dedication, passion, and the countless hours you share make a powerful impact on our mission: preparing our heroes and their spouses for today's workplace. We missed those of you in Southern California and around the country who couldn’t attend—you were certainly with us in spirit! Each of you brings something unique, creating a community that provides unwavering support and hope for our participants. We simply could NOT do this without you! A special congratulations to our 2024 Volunteer of the Year, Mike Plue! As a Marine veteran, VP of the board of directors, course facilitator, resume and mock interview coach, golf fundraiser organizer, and community advocate, Mike has gone above and beyond in every way. Monthly Networking Breakfast - Friday, 15 November 2024, 7:00am, at Admiral Baker Golf Course Clubhouse located at: 2400 Admiral Baker Road San Diego, CA, 92120 Proceed on Admiral Baker Road until it dead ends at the Clubhouse.
