Here’s your chance to drive meaningful change in our profession! 🏥🐾 The AVMA is funding research on technician utilization, aiming to enhance practice efficiency and team satisfaction. Your participation could provide valuable insights that shape the future of veterinary care. Let’s work together to elevate our practices and empower our veterinary technicians. Join this important study and be part of the solution! #VeterinaryLeadership #TechnicianUtilization #TeamEfficiency #VeterinaryResearch #AVMA
AVMA-funded research exploring how practices can better leverage their veterinary technicians’ full skillset is entering a new phase, and researchers are looking for practices to sign up as study participants. What does participation look like? Practices that volunteer will be asked to have their business manager, veterinarians, and veterinary technicians complete a series of brief surveys over several months beginning in January 2025. The total time commitment from each employee will be 1-2 hours for the entire project. Learn more and sign up: https://bit.ly/4edEkJM

Definitely check this out! Grant(s) up to $2k per year for every DVM* in your practice to provide care when finances are limited. *DVM must be current AVMA member
🐾 Did You Know? 🐾 This year, the Pro Plan Veterinary Support Mission has partnered with the AVMF REACH Program™ to help break down barriers to immediate veterinary care. Through this partnership, grants are available to over 105,000 AVMA members nationwide to ensure no pet is left without the care they need. 💡 Here’s how it works: If you encounter an emergency case where the pet owner is experiencing financial hardship, you can provide the necessary care and apply for reimbursement afterward. No pet should have to suffer due to financial limitations, and this partnership is committed to ensuring that every animal receives the care they deserve. Learn more about this incredible initiative and how to apply for reimbursement using the links below.
