Join Us for the 2025 VHL Alliance Young Adult Retreat in Phoenix! We’re ecstatic to announce the 2025 VHL Alliance Young Adult Retreat, happening February 28th to March 2nd in Phoenix, Arizona, in partnership with the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale! This weekend is open to young adults (ages 21-36) living with VHL and offers a rare opportunity to connect, learn, and build a supportive community with peers who truly understand what it is like to live with VHL. What to Expect: This retreat will focus on the psychosocial aspects of living with VHL, moving beyond medical presentations to provide a space for open dialogue, sharing, and mutual support. The weekend will feature facilitated group discussions, workshops on topics like resilience and coping strategies, and other supportive sessions designed to help you build a balanced, fulfilling life with VHL. But it’s not all serious – we’ll also have fun activities planned around Phoenix, giving you a chance to relax and enjoy everything Phoenix has to offer!
