📲🛰️ A major direct-to-device milestone as we successfully share messages from a mobile device over satellite for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia! The satellite-enabled two-way messages and SOS messages were sent over our highly reliable L-band network, with tests showing feasibility across the region. This latest success is part of our ongoing innovation with D2D technologies to help reduce barriers to connectivity in regions where terrestrial networks are unavailable: connecting people wherever they go and supporting more efficient, sustainable and safer operations for companies.
