As the former Senate confirmed United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, Zach has both extensive management experience, having led one of the premier U.S. Attorney’s offices in the country where he supervised over 300 employees, as well as an advanced legal acumen having handling complex investigations at the Department of Justice and in private practice, bringing a strategic, problem-solving mindset to high-stakes matters. His frontline prosecutorial skills—developed through leading multi-national cases—combined with his tenure at the highest levels of the Department of Justice, make him a trusted advisor in crisis management and federal enforcement matters across the country.
