#MovemberSeries Men's health is a cause close to my heart. Before finding my way into the corporate world, my intention was to pursue a career dedicated to this issue. While my path has changed, my commitment to helping others become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves remains strong. November 1st marks the beginning of 'Movember' - a month dedicated to raising awareness and funds for critical men’s health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancers, and men’s mental health challenges. It affords us with the reminder to pause and reflect on our health and the well-being of those around us. The stigma surrounding these topics is not serving anyone and must be dismantled—too many men are suffering in silence and dying before their time to let it continue. Throughout this month, I’ll be sharing a series posts aimed at raising awareness, encouraging open conversations, and promoting support systems for men. I invite you to engage with these discussions and participate in community activities to show your solidarity. I'm thrilled to announce that I’ve taken on a new position as Managing Director of Vision Talent, a division of Jarvis Consulting! Reflecting on the journey that began 4 years ago as the 7th member at Jarvis, I helped build a team that scaled to over 70 talented individuals and helped establish Jarvis as a transformative leader in Data and Cloud Consulting. Now, I’m eager to take the same talented group and build and grow Vision Talent—a dedicated Talent Advisory practice with a unique focus on high-impact, comprehensive talent solutions. Vision Talent is our answer to a changing landscape of talent needs, with services ranging from our industry-leading Incubation Program for Junior Talent to a robust Executive Search practice designed to source and support senior thought leaders. Our goal? To deliver a full-cycle, white-glove talent solution that is unmatched in depth, personalization, and results.
