Two dozen of our colleagues in South Korea recently wrapped up the 4th installment of our technical training sessions this year. This time, we explored the exciting field of automotive clusters and displays, talking about innovations, business trends, and future forecasts. A big thank you to Sungbum, our Senior Sales Manager, for leading such an insightful session. We had fantastic discussions and can't wait for the next one! 🇰🇷

The Visteon Lean Academy wave has reached Tunisian shores, too! 🌊 Earlier this year, we kicked off a Lean Implementer training program, setting up our team to successfully drive efficiency. Congratulations to our 5 colleagues who earned their Lean certifications under the guidance of our SVP of Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement, Joao Paulo Ribeiro! Their dedication and hard work have already yielded impressive results, with a saving of $800K. 💰 In addition, we piloted our first local Lean Lite training sessions, welcoming 27 students from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis. Our teams guided them through practical exercises, creating a deeper understanding of Lean principles. 🇹🇳 شكرا لك يا فريق!

Yesterday was a historic day at the Visteon Chennai plant! We're thrilled to announce that we've hit a major milestone: $250 million in revenue. More than simply a financial achievement, this exemplifies our colleagues’ dedication and hard work. From the production floor to leadership, every team has played a crucial role. To celebrate this occasion, we brought together the very people who made it happen. It was a time to recognize our achievements and reflect on the spirit that drives us forward. Prabhu Swaminathan, our Plant Director, kicked off the event with a keynote address highlighting the impact of our teams. We were also honored to have Barkathulla Khan, VP of Asia Operations, and Colleen Myers, VP & Chief Accounting Officer, unveil the event tableau. “This is just the beginning, and we are more determined than ever to continue setting new benchmarks in the industry. With such an incredible team, we are confident that even greater milestones lie ahead,” the local leads said. Here's to the power of teamwork and the bright future of Visteon! Bravo, Chennai! 👏

They have not only mastered Lean principles but have also delivered $800K in cost savings through impactful Kaizen projects. We recently hit a major milestone: our Technical Center in Queretaro turned five! Local and regional leaders joined us to celebrate our journey so far and the road ahead. A highlight was hearing from Jada Smith, Vice President of Program Management for the Americas. She emphasized the site's strategic importance and shared her inspiring vision for achieving excellence through strong leadership. We also took the opportunity to honor the dedication of our team members. Congratulations to the 66 employees who celebrated service milestones, with special recognition to Jorge for 25 years and Mauricio for an impressive 40 years with the company! We enjoyed cake, mariachi music, and the pride of our accomplishments as a team. Here's to the next chapter of growth and excellence. 🇲🇽

Back on the track! 🏃♀️🏃♂️ Every year, we make it a tradition to participate in the Baden-Marathon in Karlsruhe. This time, three Visteon teams took on the challenging 13 km relay, pushing themselves to the (literal and figurative) limit for a fun, fulfilling experience, and, of course, some bragging rights. Even after completing their individual legs, our runners united for the final 200 meters, crossing the finish line together as a team. The day before, our young Visteon athletes made us proud at the Kids-Run! ⭐️ A huge congratulations to the two dozen runners representing Visteon! Herzliche Glückwünsche!
