We’re proud of the effective Vivabet delegation - a “business commando” that ‘walked the talk’ across 3 days of expo. Many new providers and exciting promotions are part of our roadmap, all for the sole purpose of elevating the player experience on our gaming platform. Was it hard work? 😉 You BET it was. But the relationships developed through productive talks (and the 20°C temperatures) made it all worthwhile.     Employer branding can be as vital as a sale, because the better the PEOPLE you surround yourself with are, the better your overall output will be.   This post is about people. It contains something 📊 ROI graphs can't show.   So here's a story from our Marketing department. With valuable staff members joining right before the big expo, we needed business cards delivered for them. ASAP! It's Friday, 3:00 PM, slim chance of a delivery. Flight is in the weekend - so outside working hours. What to do?   Call all print partners, using the same sad story, minus the violin:   - Mate, don't hate me, but i need 200 business cards. It's urgent. Sorry... - How urgent? - 'Today' kind of urgent. We fly out tomorrow. - Do you have the .pdfs? - I sure do! - Let me see what I can do.   For a rough 6 minutes, we actually forgot what type of partners we have on our side. Within 4 hours, ALL of them sent out batches of quality business cards, delivered to the home address of our brand guy, who was celebrating his wife's anniversary right at that time (so had reduced mobility 🤭).   In one case, the partner from the agency came by for the drop off, as it was in his way. He got a big hug in exchange. Nothing corporate, nothing formal, no 'best regards'. Just a big and warm bear hug. He saved us. Now we have an expo to show up for. With more business cards than we actually needed!   Always pay invoices on time. Always give quick feedback. Always think how *you* grow the partnership when submitting an order. Keep your partners close, as they will - most likely - have your back when rough time comes. And that is something no AI, Powerpoint presentation or Excel sheet replace.   Because - when we wake up in the morning - we are first people, and only afterwards professionals.   PS: Thank you Eduard Joghiu, you lovely superstar 💪🏻
