The team at VMG Construction recently had the pleasure of joining the Sims Crane team for an unforgettable day of hunting. A big thank you to Ryan Carr for the invitation and for organizing such a memorable experience! It was a great opportunity to connect with the Sims Crane & Equipment Co. team, strengthen relationships, and enjoy some quality time together outside the office. VMG Construction's First Annual Ugly Sweater Contest! We had a fantastic time at VMG Construction celebrating the holiday season with our very first Ugly Sweater Contest! It was a wonderful opportunity for our team to come together, have some fun, and showcase their creative holiday spirit. It was great to see everyone embrace the festive atmosphere and spread some much-needed joy. A big shoutout to Laura, our official winner! Her sweater truly stood out as the most creative and festive of the bunch. We appreciate all who participated—your enthusiasm and holiday cheer made this event one to remember! Our team at VMG Construction is excited to share the joy from our holiday celebration held on Friday, 12/13. At this event we are able to gather to honor all of our hardworking team members putting work in place in the field. The event was filled with festive cheer and fellowship as we celebrated the Christmas season and the hard work that has gone into making 2024 a success.   The celebration featured delicious food, plenty of fun, employee gifts, and a raffle with great prizes to be won. We’d like to thank our partners at White Cap and Cemex U.S. for their contributions and support.   It was a meaningful opportunity for us to come together, recognize the dedication and commitment of our field team, and reflect on our achievements throughout the year. We are truly grateful to have the support of one another as we continue to expand our family at VMG Construction.   Wishing everyone a joyful holiday season and looking forward to another year of success and teamwork in 2025! We are proud to share that VMG Construction has again had the privilege of spreading holiday cheer within the City of Ocoee through our 8th Annual Christmas Bicycle Drive. This year we donated 16 bicycles to help make Christmas a little brighter for local families. “It’s heartwarming to know that our contribution can bring so much joy and excitement to the children in our community,” said Vice President Joaquin Galvan. Our VMG Construction family is grateful for the community partnership with CITY OF OCOEE and Ocoee Police Department. The race continues! Work progressing quickly at area 100, 200 and 300 slabs on grade and tilt wall panels at the St. Johns County School QQ project. Special thanks to our partners at STG Contracting Group, Inc for the opportunity. We want to extend our gratitude to Bruce Arnold Sr. Project Manager, Jason Taylor - Sr. Superintendent, Ryan Brickel Superintendent, Zach Gayle - Superintendent , Elijah Henderson, Juan Barajas, and Cory Henderson for overseeing this project and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The VMG Construction team was blessed to be able to celebrate together at our annual Christmas party on December 6th at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a driven and dedicated team as we continue to build for the future across the State of Florida.    As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited and grateful for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead as well as the relationships we share with all of our industry wide partners. Progress continues at The Flats project as our team installs post-tensioning cables on the 4th floor of Area B. This phase is crucial to the structural integrity of the building, and our team is applying the highest level of precision and expertise.
