  • Our message is clear: Diabetes is rampant in our community. Blood Glucose Monitoring = Better Health Outcomes 📈 The ability to monitor blood glucose levels regularly empowers individuals to take control of their health and make informed decisions. For those living with diabetes, consistent tracking leads to better management, lowers the risk of complications, and enhances quality of life. Join us in making a difference! Support our diabetes awareness drive on 02 December 2024, at Masia & Major Village. To donate, follow this post for all the information. We are grateful to everyone who has contributed to this mission and look forward to seeing you there!

  • In commemoration of World Diabetes Day and World AIDS Day, we are organizing a community event at Ka-Masia village in Limpopo, Collins Chabane Municipality. Our goal is to engage the local community, providing screening for over 300 diabetic patients, delivering vital health education, and promoting HIV treatment adherence and the use of PrEP. We are seeking support for this event in various forms—whether through participation, contributions of services, or supplies. Organized by Vutivi Patients Health Analytics, a non-profit committed to improving health outcomes through education, screening, and patient outcome tracking within our communities, this event is made possible by initial funding from Khomanani Health Research & Wellness Centre and AFRILEADTECH RESEARCH, which has provided R30,000. This event is especially crucial for this rural community, where the burden of communicable diseases is compounded by a lack of awareness and limited access to monitoring tools like glucometers. Through this initiative, we aim to offer essential support to complement the existing healthcare systems, ultimately improving patient health outcomes. Your organization’s support in any capacity would be invaluable in making this event a success. Please let me know if this aligns with your mission and if you could support us in bringing health awareness and resources to those in need. For more details see the below Nyeleti Bicky Mthombeni Thank you,

  • VP Health Analytics is a health analytics organization based in Masia and Majosi Village, nestled among several rural communities in Limpopo. Its mission is to promote community-centered healthcare by empowering individuals and communities to take control of their health and well-being. We believe that health is not solely confined within the walls of a hospital but is achieved within the broader community. We provide screening, tracking, monitoring and education systems that supplement current health care challenges at a rural community level. In a community like this, a glucometer for a diabetes patient is something rarely considered or thought about. We're here to change that narrative. It’s often the small things we overlook that have the potential to make the greatest impact in our community. We will be hosting our first event: Khomanani Health Research Centre and VP Health Analytics are organizing events to raise awareness and give back to the community. Join us in supporting these initiatives on 14 November 2024 for World Diabetes Day and 01 December 2024 for World AIDS Day. Contact info: info@vphealthanalytics.org
