The [ph]ounders hosted our first #MicrotoMacro workshop series event last week focused on the value of the #workplace in the "Eds & Meds" sector. The [ph]ounders were established in #Gensler Philadelphia to strengthen peer-to-peer connections between emerging leaders across the architecture, design, construction, and real estate industry and to facilitate engaging conversations on topics impacting the #future of the Greater Philadelphia region. Our first event fostered lively discussions around how #Belonging, #Optimization, and #Hospitality shape the workplace on a micro to macro scale. Attendees represented a diverse cross section of the industry from facilities designers to project managers, resulting in thoughtful conversations that encouraged participants to think outside the box.
