Yesterday, the Northwest Healthcare Regional Sector Partnership held its first Speakers Bureau event at W.F. Kaynor Technical High School! Healthcare professionals Brian Emerick, President of Access Rehab Centers, and Kaitlin Ruskay from Diagnostic Radiology Associates, engaged Health Tech students in a session exploring career paths, challenges, and opportunities in healthcare. Following the presentations, students participated in a Q&A to gain further insight into the field. The Northwest Healthcare RSP plans to continue these monthly high school events, with the next one scheduled at John F. Kennedy High School in Waterbury.
