We are thrilled to announce that WaterfallCalc is now fully integrated with Freddie Mac's Resolve® system! Resolve® is an advanced decisioning platform designed to automate and streamline loan processes, enabling rapid and rules-based decisions for Freddie Mac loans. What does this mean for our clients? Our integration with Resolve® creates a seamless, automated process. Once set up with WaterfallCalc, clients no longer need to manually enter information into Resolve®. Instead, data entered into WaterfallCalc is directly transmitted to Resolve®, simplifying operations and enhancing efficiency. Here's why using WaterfallCalc offers a significant advantage over going direct to Resolve®: - Integrated Escrow Analysis: Automatically calculates based on the loan being modified, ensuring accuracy that isn't achievable with manual preparation. - Automated Document Transfer: Modified loan terms are automatically transferred to legal documents, eliminating the risk of input errors inherent in manual preparation. - Title Document Ordering: Order title documents with just a click of a button, streamlining the entire process. This integration underscores our commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions that streamline workflows and improve accuracy. We are excited to support our clients through this upgrade and look forward to helping you get integrated and set up with us.
