As we step into an increasingly polarized America overwhelmed by a wave of transphobic and homophobic rhetoric and legislation, now is the right time to think strategically about what it means to recognize and build a coalition with LGBTQ+ communities. For B2B businesses specifically, it's about fostering meaningful relationships with LGBTQ+ business owners, employees, and the wider community. AGI Founder and Advocacy Expert, Shane Lukas, offers a guide on how to cultivate authentic relationships with the LGBTQ+ community and build a network of advocates. Let's grow...together! Every holiday season is a time to express gratitude for the past and a reminder to imagine what's possible. While this new year promises to be one where the need to recognize, elevate, and commit to community-centric approaches, nurturing and investing in community-informed solutions will always an essential way our many movements toward equity, towards fulfillment, toward joy for all people will grow. To share this message with our nonprofit, healthcare, and education partners across the country, we connected with the talented young artist Nikita Yogaraj, a self-described "tamil-american queer + neurodiverse printmaker" to commission them to illustrate and block print each of our cards - and to make our point, we also arranged for them to be printed on seed paper that—if you have more green thumbs than we tend to!—will blossom as wildflowers this spring. We're into that. We must grow together, and great joy grows with community. AGI will celebrate 10 years in 2025. In that time, we have been gifted years of opportunities to develop community-informed creative solutions to advance transformative partners across the country. We believe in their desire to enact a world that is better, and we believe in all WE can do together to build a better future for all people to thrive. Wishing everyone a new year of solidarity, strength, and the community necessary to get beyond the struggles and build what's possible! —Shane Lukas, MBA and the team at A Great Idea

We are so proud of our creative partnership with Just Transition Fund - as they share this powerful new platform (created in partnership with many organizations, tribes, and grassroots groups from across the country) that powers the economies of coal-dependent communities with new strategies and industries. Be present in the fight for justice, equality, and freedom. Whether it's marching for rights, casting your vote, or simply offering your voice in support, your presence makes a difference. It's how we challenge the status quo and build a world where everyone is free to live authentically. When you stand firm in your beliefs and support causes that align with your values, you not only empower yourself but also inspire others to do the same.
