We're hiring a Business Development Manager for Africa/Europe. Main Duties / Responsibilities:  •To comply WellBoss company QHSE policies and procedures. •To ensure that customer requirements are met within promised time and also to ensure that quality product and service is provided to the customer. •To ensure that customer complaints are taken care and also to ensure that proper corrective actions are initiated to avoid recurrence. •To devise the strategies for enhancing the business. •Holds the meetings with clients to coordinate the requirements for inquires/tenders/pre-qualifications. •Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. •Investigate lost sales and customer accounts •Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives. •Track, collate and interpret sales figures. •Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis. •Attend trade meetings and industry conventions. •Review the Contracts, Inquires and Tender from clients. •Promoting the development of favorable employee relations to further the organization’s production of quality goods as well as customer complaints and satisfactions. Accountabilities:  •Accountable to Submit/respond the inquires and tenders on time. •Accountable to provide General management over marketing, sales, quality assurance/control, for a plant or other production facility. Makes decisions regarding improving productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. •Accountable to meet certain certifications in field if any requires. •Accountable to record all the requirements for job during the review of requirements. •Accountable to meet the target goal for Sales Objectives and other company targets for business strategy. Authorities: •To evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes. •To promote The WellBoss Company FZE to potential clients •Endorsing all contract documents on behalf of The WellBoss Company FZE. •To communicate with all Middle East customers. Interfaces With: •Client and all external bodies •BOD & All department heads / in charge Minimum Requirements: •Education / Academic Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree / Masters or Equivalent •Experience - Min. 3 yrs. Completion packers, and/or lower completion accessories experience in either installations and/or sales. •Training Sessions - QHSE Awareness, Awareness of product specification requirements likes API, ASNT, etc. Project Planning analysis awareness.  •Skills - Marketing strategies, leadership, organizational and supervisory skills; Dependable and professional; resourceful, inventive and self-confident; high computer and software literacy skills. Creativity and innovative skills; strong results-oriented day-to-day management skills; excellent problem solver to maintain/ increase productivity levels to agreed sales targets.
