On-site in San Diego with our director of construction Giorgio Asciutto as he talks through this large-scale project. The board originally hired another company to complete the extensive SB-326 inspections, which certified the structural stability and safety of raised balconies. Unfortunately, as we began stripping the boards on these balconies, extensive damage in multiple areas became evident. We then helped devise a plan to efficiently go through each one of the balconies without impacting the day-to-day lives of all the people who live there. #RaycoExteriors #exteriorrenovation #exteriordesign #outdoordesign
