Skylab Architecture For the first part, we discuss about the NM Bodecker Foundation, established in 2017 by Sandy Bodecker, which provides creative spaces in repurposed 1950s warehouses in northwest Portland. The 7,769-square-foot facility features performance spaces, a recording studio, an indoor skate park, and living areas for artists-in-residence. Following Bodecker's death in 2018, the Foundation has continued to support artists and the creative community. The design blends historical and modern elements to inspire creativity and engagement.
