The mission of the U.S. Secret Service Motorcade Support Unit is to provide the President, Vice President, and designated foreign dignitaries with skilled motorcycle tactical support during official motorcade movements within the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. They have a fleet of Harley-Davidson Motor Company Electra Glides that are equipped with Whelen Engineering Core-R control systems. This gives them the capability to have "cruise" lights, brake alert warning patterns and full bike to bike synchronization.
