Last week marked a significant milestone with the official founding of the Women’s Leadership Club of the Győr-Moson-Sopron Vármegyei Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara (Győr-Moson-Sopron County Chamber of Commerce and Industry). It was an honor to witness the signing of the formal document and to be invited to this event, launching such an inspiring initiative. 🎉✍️ During the afternoon, we had insightful discussions about the measurable impact women leaders have on corporate success. A study published by the WILL Foundation, titled "The Role of Female Leaders in Corporate Success", served as the foundation of these discussions. 📊📖 The study highlights that the obstacles women face in leadership are often challenging to overcome, while the opportunities available can be equally difficult to access. 💡 The study is available for download here: https://lnkd.in/dFdSEAJw.
