The Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce works to create a fully inclusive state by promoting economic growth and opportunities among LGBT owned and allied businesses, corporations and professionals in Wisconsin. With more than 600 businesses as members, the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber is making a difference in Wisconsin and the nation. The Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce is organized as a 501(c)(6) organization under the IRS. The Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce is proud to be an affiliate of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC). In 2015, the Wisconsin was awarded the National Chamber of the Year Award by NGLCC. Previously in 2014, it received the National Rising Star Chamber Award at the annual conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Chamber has also been the recipient of the Excellence in Community Impact Award, Excellence in Communication, and Excellence in Programming awards at past conferences.
